I've said it before, and I'll continue to say it. He's a know it all, but doesn't actually know much. He'll give you advice on buying properties while owning no properties, never having bought any properties, never being or working with or for a real estate agent or broker. Yeah. I've posted pay stubs, bank statements, parts of my tax 1040. Pictures of all my cars, all the good stuff. Transparency is important. Plus I've been posting here since 2008, so I have posted from when I made $12/h, til now where I make more, with steady progression through the years.
