33 years on this earth and i cannot conquer this one thing.
Waking up when my alarm goes off.
Ive tried everything. I can never leave the comfort of my bed. If i can one day conquer this hug3 obstacle in my life and wake up at 5am instead of 8am every day, i would be unstoppable. Srs.
Anyone have any real tips?

I'm 33 too. I just don't set an alarm. Setting an alarm gives me stress and messes with my sleep

Set multiple alarms on phone and get an alarm clock that you set as far away from your bed that won't stop blaring until you get your bitchass out of bed to turn it off SRS

ITT OP can't overcome simple things.
If you can't overcome the simple things in life then you are doomed.
Here is the key to waking up when your alarm goes off (assuming you do hear it) When the alarm goes off, as soon as you grab the alarm to turn it off, you sit up out of bed. Problem solved.
Advanced method
Place your alarm clock or mobile device on the other side of the room. this way when it goes off, you are forced to get up out of bed to silence it. You're welcome.

I haven't hardly ever used an alarm clock. Even on days when I know I have to get up at a different or earlier time my body just knows.

Why don't you have your boyfriend sleep over and tell him to wake you up early with his morning wood in your face.

The main solution is to go to bed at a reasonable time so you actually got a solid 7-8 hours by the time 5am arrives. If you're getting less, it'll be harder. I'm actually waking up naturally at 5am now. Funny since I used to go to sleep at friggin' 4am in my early 20s. Truly come full circle.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*
