I feel like one would do it if you drink it close enough to the speech.

When we believe we are drinking alcohol, our brains release a chemical that makes us feel intoxicated like some sort of anticipation for what is about to happen.

I'd say 2-3 worth should be plenty. Helps out during tougher meetings / presentations. Do it like 30-45 minutes before.

Only if it's giving you anxiety though. If it's something you can tolerate or know 99% it'll be OK, then don't.

I also avoid weed before big ones. I feel like it makes me more paranoid during it, even if the effects wore off by that point.

Great idea.

I do a lot of public speaking when I drink beer. People dont want me to for some reason but I feel like I need to do it.
