yea brah, i know the feeling. I did that multiple times with my ex. youre in too deep to have casual sex even if she agrees to the breakup. Best advice is to lay out ground rules after the breakup ie no sex, no new partners in the home or in each other's faces. when i finally ended things, we smashed and then i immediately drove her to her sister, dropped her off and blocked her number lel. I had to get kind of brutal and make her hate me in the hopes she would definitely not pursue me again. that didnt work as i hoped but I just moved on and focused on myself, career, and family.
