Absolutely nothing of value was lost. They both shouldnt be among normal society.
lulz at paying $40 for parking, that's like valet for supercars at fancy restaurants and hotels.
I would imagine if you pay $40 to park, it's also an amount insignificant enough to not even be worth getting up from the restaurant chair again.
