Day 6 without caffeine - Most withrawl over and energy comes back

Omg the last 6 days I mostly just laid in bed sleeping. I called my doctor he wrote me sick this week. This was a weird week I am not used to sleeping all day but the caffeine withdrawl is really strong.
Today i am already back to lifting lets go.

**** caffeine. I spend so much money on it time to keep going.

Yeah its that one coffee who doesnt hurt. When i go to work I walk past a starbucks and 3 other coffee shops. I feel kind of half empty going past them and go to work its like all the fun is gone.

But it is what it is. Instead I have a sandwhich.

Can caffeine even affect those things other than bad sleep?.

I have yet to hear that someone is aggressive because they drank coffee.... Not trying to be sarcastic or anything but the issue is probably somewhere else..

Well I fast until 6 pm. Fasting creates cortisul. Caffeine on top of that creates more and thus it gives an explosion. Also sure I am an impusive psychopath so that adds.
