Correct push up to pull up ratio
What should the ratio be for pushups: pullups
I can do about 3:1 but I think it should be 2:1

Once certain move gets into lesser %% of 1RM, number of reps grow disproportionally. Therefore the ratio cannot be valid over all rep ranges. Get leaner, and pushups will grow faster than pullups, making the 6:1 ratio.

Idk but since the end of November been working on the Armstrong pull-up program, and have increased from 5 max pull-ups to 10. Haven't been working on a max push-up count but can do 30 and change atm.

A lot of work, but it does seem to be working. I'm sure it doesn't need to be that complicated but it's at least interesting and seems to work.

Almost anyone in decent shape can do 50 push-ups. If someone isn't a worthless manlet, 25 proper pull-ups is pretty hard
