anyone else get demonic attacks while sleeping?

like just a bunch of satanic chit repeating in your head over and over? im just like "fuk off ****ggot demons" and it sometimes works.

whats a permanent fix to this problem?

I've had sleep paralysis a few times. Usually happens when I'm going thru a stressful period or withdrawing from booze

I've seen random dark figures in my room

I think there are negative forces out there but they can't harm you, its all in the mind

mostly just anti-biblical stuff. the one i hear the most is "hail satan" srs. the feeling is similar to a panic attack.

I literally wake up every night and stare at the wall in front of me. The light from outside makes super weird numbers and symbols and i just look at it and think "okay what do you want to tell me"

Then the numbers start changing and it creeps me out.
Everything I post is trash.
