You’re also missing some kind of sauce to bring it all together bro when you sear that salmon in the pan just deglaze with a little chicken stock and lemon juice and add a knob of butter and a dash of soy sauce nomsayin brah

I just bought one of those ready to cook meals from Safeway and then had a microwavable package of rice lol. The convenience is too nice.

Oh well you can’t beat that. Don’t blame ya. The frozen fish nowadays is as good as fresh. My parents buy the frozen kind from Aldi all the time, they’re amazing.

Then they got the kind that’s all pre-assembled, what a time to be alive.

Idk how dry was the fish ?

Anywhere from a 2-3 depending on pure sawdust vs just lacking in juiciness

The yogurt was 10g and the rice was 9g. I don't know about the salmon/veg, there weren't any nutritional facts.
