A proposal in Texas would eliminate all campus polling places in the state.
GOP can't win because their policies are overwhelmingly unpopular, so next best bet is to go full fascist and get rid of democracy via voter suppression tactics. Instead of maybe governing to the left of Mussolini, they choose to double down on fascism.

They want people to use a government issued ID, which is what most of Canada, and hell, practically every single country in the western hemisphere requires. This is not a new issue, i was told about it 2 elections ago.

"Rather than trying to sway young voters..........................., lawmakers seem willing “to shrink the eligible electorate"

A podcast on this topic was very detailed and since the early days of voting, there was always a scheme to invalidate the vote of someone that you didn't want to vote.
Some will know now and figure out a way to get the documents to vote( cost $$) but others will simply not vote.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

Using words you don't understand. No surprise. It isn't just them protesting speakers, which they sometimes do violently. And it's absolutely not just right wing speakers they protest. The anti free speech extends into the classroom, with professors allowingonly 1 type of conformist speech in classes, marking down or failing students for things like misgendering trannies, anti free speech students harassing and threatening free speech students. Some of these bastions of freedom segregate dorms by race and try to coerce free speech students to transfer or drop out. And with something like 30 to 1 liberal professors to conservative professors on campuses (worst it's ever been), the censorship by the cultural jihadis is built into all of the classrooms. If you want to pass and be able to get your degree you had better at least pretend to conform to the Lefty politics.

You can't find a more anti free speech environment in the West than college campuses.

The irony iscollege is primarily paid by a literal fascist economic setup.The marriage of government and business.

Let me break it down for you from memory of the podcast.
1. they close the dmv in minority areas and send them to far away dmv's that require long trips and planning.
2. the "wrong documents" game once you get there.
3. the business hours leading up get elections get changed.
4. not enough voting machines so granny must stand for 9 hours while in Chevy Chase or Annapolis you go in and it is fast. 15 min to vote.
5. "Getting the form of ID now required in Ohio, such as a state driver’s license, *****will invalidate identification students may possess from their home state.****
