Risky behavior to get with escorts during the healing process. You'd be at risk for bacteria and germs getting into the wounds.

You need to use meds if you do a transplant.

Otherwise you moved hairs around but you'll keep balding.

Yeah I’ve heard that and am okay with taking fin, but isn’t it true that if you do a couple hair transplants you no longer need to? Even stopping one drug (minoxidil) would be nice. Apparently if you’ve done two or three of them and your entire scalp is from the resilient hairs you can stop or hurt any other financial parts of your life.

There’s a miscer that has had like 5 and he said he doesnt take drugs anymore, I know that sounds excessive but honestly I think you can’t put a price on not having to take drugs for the rest of your life? Assuming the cost doesn’t mean much to you

EDIT: btw, OP, I'm not confident about that $2,500 figure... A round trip ticket from NYC to Istanbul is already $1,100.... Not sure how much hotel and accomodations would cost, but no way the procedure could be that cheap.
Depends on how long of a layover or multiple stops you want. If you go direct it's 1100. But if you stop in various places or have long arse layovers that give you a total travel time of 30+ hours or something you could easily end up 400-600.

I was told you will continue to lose your current hair, but not the transplanted hair.

I may go to Istanbul later this year for my 49th birthday so I have a full head of hair on my 50th. I was looking at a place that has top reviews for 4k for a full head. I'm diffuse thinning. I may need to do some additional work in my late 50's, maybe not, but I'm not getting on fin.

Hair loss is still gonna go strong in your 30s, 40s, 50s etc. How would you even know if it's safe to stop? You'd probably keep losing more.

Only way i see it working is if you've lost almost everything you can lose but that's probably not a good idea

Yeah that’s exactly it

Imagine for example you were balding on the crown … you get a hair transplant, stop taking meds and sure the transplanted hairs don’t fall out but everything around them does and you have this weird hair patch on the top of your head surrounded by thinning hair kind of like an island

I've seen a lot of older guys like this lol. Front 2/3rds look thick and full but they have like a 6 inch diameter complete bald patch centred from the crown. Chit is trippy, head on it looks like a full head of hair then they turn their head and it's total baldcel. I guess if they cant see their own crown its out of sight out of mind kind of thing. Looks ridic though

Yeah I guess this sounds retarded lol. I never thought too much about it (nor learned about the process yet) and kind of just assumed they did your whole head when you went, because I constantly see people fully shaved in the recovery pics/vids

Look at Elon, was balding hard but he's had multiple transplants which literally saved his life. You think he would have any fans if he was NW4? Lol Tesla would have had to be marketed to coffin dodgers

In the movies the badasses are bald for a reason. They own it and don't gaf. We don't know what Elon's career would be like if he were bald. He has a decent enough face to pull it off.

The hair transplants are fine but for those who don't want to go through that, it's okay to just shave it all off, in my opinion. I think other things are more important like fitness.

There's no tradeoff. You either have hair or you don't

Spain does the best, in my opinion. That's where I had mine done. It was only 5000 euro, and super happy with results. It's so good that I literally have had only one person ask me if I had it, and it was an Arab barber(who said it was amazing). Otherwise, nobody even knows I got it.
