I hit golf balls at Top Golf over the weekend and was reminded of Howard saying he drove the ball "300 yards" LMAO

I lift regularly and am in pretty good shape, I was making solid contact and hitting the ball with some real zip and my best was 215 yards with a driver.

LMAO. You need a 110-115mph swing speed to hit the ball 300 yards. I play golf, I have a good swing, I'm in relatively good shape, and a 110mph+ swing speed is humming. Howie is swinging about 80-85 there probably which is not bad, but it helps to be 6'6" and the lever arm of your swing is that long.
