Huge FF fan here. This woke chit is getting bit overplayed. I'm hoping it's just a minor element in the entire game.

Still have the game preordered and will play on day one.

The lesbian kiss in Horizons DLC was way overblown though, since you literally have to select the gay option (one of three) to make them kiss.

Hate to agree but you could choose to go gay in Mass Effect and Dragon Age eons ago. Why is Horizon singled out for that?

In Mass Effect, romance is totally up to the player. You can choose who you want or even reject everyone and play without a romance. Horizon sticks closer to a fixed story though and even if you "choose" to not be with the new chick, it seems like the canon is they are together. I don't mind that woke chit as long as it doesn't ruin the story. Some stories work fine with romances but Horizon never had it before. It was always about saving the world and having no time for distractions.
