IIRC, After the 30 days it took for the “package” to arrive, he moved the goal posts and refused to show the transcript unless every single poster who hurt his feelings also made a donation to charity. He just showed an envelope with the institution’s name on it (I didn’t know they mailed envelopes as packages but maybe in Kangaroo land)
