Respect man. Saw so many people come through the gym I trained at talking a big game and disappearing after their first time sparring. Most people never get to learn what kind of person they are when it's go time. Losing's a learning experience, you fought.

Sparring is so much fun though unless you are going up against someone who's 50 lbs heavier than you throwing punches with full intensity.
