Strange growth around my nipple area, is it a pimple? (PICS)

Been watching videos of Dr Pimple Popper on YouTube and I’m pretty sure this is a dilated pore of winer. Thinking about just throwing some bleach on it and then trying to extract the pore myself with an old hunting knife I got. (PICS) let me know what you think Misc Doctors.

I’m never peeped anything like this wait until you peep it. BRB pics uploading as we speak I had to unplug my wireless router.
