Nothing builds muscle like Carbohydrates

I actually feel leaner the next day after having a pint of raspberry sorbetto or a milkshake or a liter of fruit juice (with exercise of course). Muscles feel fuller, face actually looks leaner. Amazing.

If I just eat a low carb diet, I generally just feel like chit and look/feel worse.

Anyone else notice this?

I agree, plus muscle glycogen allows you to train harder. Which will build muscle in the long run

Works best if you do low carb part of week and high carb part of week. If you high carb all the time u just get visceral fat and lose insulin sensitivity ie the benefits.

I've listened to Justin Harris talk about carb cycling. I've never tried it but he does like low medium and high carb days. May try it if I ever try to get shredded. If you haven't ever listened to him I would recommend. One of the smarter guys in the fitness industry. I think he has degrees in nutrition and physics. Plus has trained lots of pro level bodybuilders

You have been the same fat loser since I started posting here like twenty years ago.

(Let me get ElTerribles ten minute ab routine too )

LMFAO at thinking anyone cares what you have to say on the subject.

Just keep making vids of you lifting stuff and doing other stupid **** that takes zero brains for attention.

When people want anything remotely intelligent they will definitely go elsewhere Timmy

That is probably a good idea. Can’t just eat ice cream every day. Gotta have low carb days.

I guess on non training days don’t eat a lot of carbs?

Yeah I think he has his own. I first saw him on Dave Tate podcast but I think he has his own shorter videos on carb cycling specifically.

I am a big believer in white rice. Eat it daily sometimes twice a day.

You should have about as much carbs that your muscle bellies are filled to the brim and you don't spill (bloat). Hence it's best to control the amount of carbs you have on the daily.

That is if you care about not becoming a lord that gets bet on in here.

And yeah, unless you're on keto it's best to have the amount of carbs necessary to power your workouts and recovery.

Best carb source for me is by far white basmati rice (long grain). Always look pumped as fuark and veiny.

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

It depends on the person, most people have no business eating any carbohydrates at all, since most people are fat, have terrible insulin, and have zero carbohydrate requirements since they’re not racing against Usain Bolt, and will never make any money with sports, all carbohydrates do for normal people is just make them bloated, energy swings, and other unwelcome things,

if you are an elite level athlete, who makes money with sports to pay your bills, then you will have to conduct careful self experimentation to see what your carbohydrate tolerance and needs are for optimal performance Since carbohydrate intakes are very individual.

What you are describing thou is not carb result on your body, you are describing carb loading! Which is not the same thing. If you keep eating high carb you will not feel this positive effect after the first two days.

Always look vascular as **** after I crush ice cream

Generally I eat white rice daily though. I don’t really care too much about my carb intake. Think my macro breakdown is 44c 29p 27f percentage wise. I play hockey though so the carbs help I guess. I do cardio usually daily too

Ok good advice I can’t get carried away. Gotta keep the carbs low most days. Usually I have very little carbs in the morning and lunchtime, and have most carbs centered around exercise. Seems to work pretty well
