I'm not usually paying attention to the guys at my gym, but there are at least 12 females who I see there literally every day.

Most are attractive and already in great shape, so it's not like they are rushing to try to get in shape by Summer or something. These girls are at the point where they could easily go 3x per week for 60-90 minutes and keep physique, but instead they spend 120 minutes there every single day. Like the male gymcels, I'd imagine these girls have no real social life outside of a gym setting.

Anybody friends with these types? Are they just autists like the males? Or were they abused at some point and the gym is their outlet?

They have a fitness business 100% of the time or make their money off being in shape.

I've wondered this. The gym wouldn't even be fun if you're a sloot. Imagine spending that much time in the gym just to be weaker than an average non-lifting male.

For sure 2-3 of them this is the case. But not the majority.

I know one who was an alcoholic and essentially switched out booze for diet/exercise (srs)

no friends because they are also massive sloots that will flirt with anyone's BF/husband because they crave male attention and validation.
they are not very bright either and have chit personalities.

yeah some do it for the social media or because their income is based on how good a shape they are in but the majority just have no life other than spreading their legs for tinder swipes until they can land a man who makes bank.

you can recognize them on the dating apps because two of their hobbies are exercising and traveling even though they are poor AF.

I work with a blonde zoomer broad who is a gymcel. She legitimately has a super hot body because of it, making her about an 8/10 in terms of sex appeal despite being a bit of a horse face. She talks about going to the gym for hours at a time like 5 days a week or something.

She might be hot as hell (especially the body she got by working out so much and barely eating anything), but she is a complete trainwreck mentally. She is currently on her third boyfriend in the past year, and the two most recent boyfriends are guys from work who were work bros, so it ruined their friendship when she switched to the new guy. Plus, she's a total home wrecker too, she got the newest guy to leave his wife and break up his family over it. She also meets up with foreign guys who she travels to see when they visit other states and says she's "just meeting some friends", srs.

And she wonders why no guy actually wants to take her seriously for very long.

So this chick is just a prostitute. But she's trying to rebrand it as something else. Yeah, I assume there has been a lot of this going on while the economy was great over the last handful of years. But nowadays, I can't imagine too many guys have extra cash to give a young chick an allowance anymore.

You're old though, I'm not really talking about you. This is mainly for girls in the 18-35ish age group, who still typically have robust social lives.

Most of them are mentally not super good, so they need the stability and routine - plus the attention they get. For a lot of women, the gym is also sort of their social circle where they feel accepted and part of a crew even though in their personal lives they usually don't have a lot of real friends. It makes them feel like they are a part of something. They also get the additional attention from social media and it isn't seen as a negative thing.

It's why group exercise caters to mostly women. They prefer being part of a group for a lot of things.

Walking is not a hobby.

Because some women unironically just want to look good and be in shape? I mire when a girl sits in a bikini by the lake and has no cellulite and is in shape. About 90-95% of broads nowadays have cellulite and poor skin and are out of shape, but looked 'in shape' when they were clothed.

I respect the females putting in the effort to look good, as do I myself.

Same reasons that cause male gymcels to cut down to 8% and chit. NPD and dysmorphia.

it takes no real effort for a woman to look good because they don't need much muscle mass at all.
