It's cool to ride on the weekends when there isn't much traffic on the roads but during the week too many girls on their phones who can't phucking drive and just pull out on you to turn when you're lane splitting. I just rev my engine and go slow through the traffic so they can hear you coming.

We're all gonna be major cucked someday. Electric self driving cars only, driving outlawed. The plebs will probably love it because they can then freely make tiktok videos without driving distractions.

That will be a sad day.

Check out the book "why we drive" by matthew b crawford. They have it on audio too. One of my all time favorite books. I actually read it twice.

My fear is the self driving cars will kill more. I understand teslas sensors don't pick up bikes too well. Doesn't bode well

A lot of people say start of with a smaller engine size but I don’t buy that chit.

You can be dumb af and mess yourself up on 300-600. It will only be a few months before you are trying g to upgrade.

I would just go with the bigger bike right off the bat. You can drive it without opening the throttle too much. It is your decision, not the bikes.

My first bike was a 1200 cc. No issues at all.

Be safe tho, no matter what you get.

There is already a chit ton of data that shows autonomous cars are exponentially safer than human driven cars.

OP, I don't want to **** on your vision or dreams but I want to keep it real with you brah... I've seen a lot of accidents with motorcycles since the roads and the other cars are ****ing retards and don't know how to drive safely... hell being in a car these days isn't safe, imagine on a bike... if you really want to get a bike, get a dirt bike and take it to a dirt track

I would have to test some, but if the HONDA CL500 comes to the USA, I love that thing.... But I have no idea what I'll like.

Here's my take op. I started on a ninja 600. not the supersport, just a touring sport. was plenty of power, never felt lacking. great handling and agility which has saved me. I then went to a 883 sportster. wasnt enough. now im on a sportster 1200. its plenty, good to cruise on surface streets. Definitely take a safety course. Im also in AZ. Wear a phucking helmet. Buy your first one used, because it will go down at some point. All things considered, I love to ride. Will keep riding for a while as well.
