Like everything in America. Good guys who play by the rules always get fooked in the long run because of what the bad guys do. This is why we can’t have nice things.
Because a lot of people in the government are the bad guys.

They are corrupt and get away with more crime than actual mafias.

The "good guys" as you call them, or the law-abiding citizens in arms, are the number one threat to a corrupt government.

The criminals just want to make money, the people with both arms and principles are the only practical threat to the zionist regime.

These militias and the whole Patriot movement were started by veterans from the Middle East, it is composed of law enforcement, active soldiers, and volunteers as well.

That, right now, is the only serious organized and armed anti-government front, the national Patriot militias and the entire anti-government militia movement.

Realistically, that is our means of liberating ourselves from zionist occupation. We shouldn't wait around for some celebrity or famous figure.

We, the people, are the liberators. We liberate ourselves. Leaders will emerge, but it is the people who own the revolution.

If you want to make a positive change in this country, if you give a chit, it's not picking between red and blue zionists.

If you aren't armed, get armed, it's your legal Constitutional right.

If you are armed but not organized, join a militia or form one, it's your legal Constitutional right.

If you are already armed and organized, you are ready for SHTF, and should meet with other militias to unite and organize into larger units.

The pinkos are "the man" now.

They shut down churches, pushed the masks and the clot shots, push the war and slaughter of Christians in Europe.

But the GOP is also zionist, it's two faces of the same beast, and we aren't free until the beast is slain.

This can be accomplished in a civil manner by arresting the corrupt ruling zionist regime, bringing them to court for crimes against the people, and imprisoning them for life.

Best we can do is compromise and ban all assault rifles. Pistols would still be ok to own
I'll admit its pretty fun to go to a gun range from time to time, but these people that makes their guns their entire identity are some strange folk.

Of all people Bill Burr had a good solution to guns and it was to treat them like obtaining a pilots license. For example, if you only have a license to fly a two-seater Cesna it doesnt mean you have the ability to fly a Boeing 767 as well. You'd need additional and stricter ceritfications.

Yeah, let gov’t control who can get guns. Great solution. That can’t end poorly.

I swear anti-gun supporters are so damn oblivious.

well, they are easier to conceal. You see someone walking towards a movie theater with a rifle theres a greater chance to take preventative action.

.....let's step back for a second. Do you think the current string of gun violence is normal or okay? should this be the new norm? If the issue is mental illness or incels why don't other countries have a problem with rampant mass shootings? Those social rejects aren't unique to America.

I'm not advocating banning anything. the Pilot license analogy i quoted from Bill Burr doesn't "ban" the use of a gun from anyone, you just need a level of competency before owning one. Is even that too much of a breach of the 2A for you? This isn't the 19th century anymore we are much more densely populated and technology has surpassed anything the FF could have ever imagined...and again, im not advocating for a ban on anything (b/c I know how quick you guys froth at the mouth of even an insinuation) but there needs to be an amendment to the amendment to better reflect the current society we live in.

and as I said in post #126, im trying to be rational here, but those crazy Gen Z kids who are becoming adults are not going to be nearly as accommodating.

That would be an argument to ban handguns rather than rifles. However, handguns have their place in self-defense.

I think you’re out of touch. Our society is years ahead of others as far as degeneracy in a modern society. People kill others because they think it’s justified. It’s not just “crazy people”. It’s people that have been misled by our fukked up society or are so fed up with society that they take matters into their own hands.

This is a societal issue - not a gun issue.

Yeah, way to write off the issue. This isn’t someone born with a mental disorder. Most shootings are the result of someone who was conditioned over years to think taking a life is acceptable. People (honestly of both sides) dehumanize those with “radical” beliefs.

So what is your solution to all of this? Is it to do nothing? because cars kill more people?

Cultural change. It’s the only solution with a positive outcome. But that requires community effort, positive government, national pride, empathy/sympathy, etc., and not promoting abhorrent behavior.

I’m done replying to you, though. Obviously, you don’t actually give a chit since you just make snide comments.

snide comment? where?

but also, those solutions are just feel-good buzz words that our elected officials parrot everytime theres a shooting. There is no process to enact "cultural change" or "community effort" and even if there was it would take years (and undoubtedly millions of dollars) to properly enact and it could only be done on a State level. If enforced under Federal, people would screech about government overrreach or some such nonsense.

I live in the best country in the world.....we had a mass shooting by a mentally ill person, and got rid of our guns.
Mass shootings since = 0

Since you actually responded appropriately:
Those aren’t “buzz words”. Those are my individual thoughts on the matter. There may not be a real public effort for it, but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be. And of course you presume I mean government enforcement - I don’t. I said positive government, as in one that promotes healthy community interactions. I do not support government mandates of nearly any sort.

Then nothing will get done. With inflation, people are too busy struggling just trying to provide for their families and keep a roof over their head. When are the people going to have time to volunteer for community outreach/mentor programs?

I didn’t say it’s easy or fast. This took decades to become an issue and will likely take decades to fix appropriately. You’re making excuses left and right. You’re just after a quick “fix” that doesn’t solve the actual issue. GL with your view of the world boyo. I’m out.

America is too far gone, are you not seeing its going in the opposite direction to what you would like to see fixed? and this opposite direction didn't happen over night, its been a slippery slope since the early 2000's

They have mildly stricter regulations but none of the regulations actually regulate in a way that would prevent this from happening.

Like I can have a pistol, I just cant drive with it.

Or I can have an AR, but only a 10 round mag.

The thing that keeps mass shootings low in Maine/NH/Mass/VT is that its mostly rich white people or white rednecks. For the most part, the community supports local industry, and jobs are occupied by regular old americans.

When you start mixing it all together and making special rules for people things start to get spicy quick.

Its a "no one likes each other" problem with some mental illness and poverty special sauce poured on top.

If all guns hypothetically got taken away from all law abiding citizens.... do people really think crazy crimes would stop? More van attacks, more stabbings, same amount of shootings since criminals would still be able to get guns or wouldn't give them up, etc. Violence won't ever stop and it's a pipe dream to think so. Humans are sick and flawed as a whole. Rather be able to still protect myself and my fam/friends
