It's insecurity. Unless it's something more serious and you need to assertively deal with it, it's not worth the trouble at all, like you said. You're just manufacturing problems. In this situation, a simple,"oh sorry I didn't see anyone here, figured it was free"could have diffused the entire thing immediately.

the question that you asked earlier is a good one.
How long is too long to save a machine?
Is it 5 min, 10 min, 15 min?
I would have said "sure you need it more than me, you take it" and returned later.
Always remember the body can grow with 2 sets 20 min apart or consecutively.
And don't get all caught up in getting him thrown out/banned, just avoid his potential shooter ass.

i built a decent home gym during covid but my job pays for my gym membership so i still go

i like the variety of equipment and all the skimpy female gym outfits. plus its fun to mog the gymshark bros

If You are ok with bullies, thugs, and politicians winning then fine. But I'm not and I'd rather be tried in court protecting my lively hood or family.

Nobody is saying to fight the guy. The best post ITT was telling you to walk up to the guy and smooth things over. That's something an honorable high testosterone man would do. They wouldn't call threat to call the police. They wouldn't call the gym owner. This was just a slight disagreement and it shouldn't be on a man's mind.

Dude probably thought I was the bluffing type who wouldn’t report his ass. All that laughing and smugness about me calling the cops on him in the gym last night is about to catch up to him, I’m laughing last.

What the hell does TRT have to do with anything? I was way more angry and aggressive before I took test, and all the fights I've gotten into as an adult were when I was around 150-170 lbs.
