And there it is.

If some batshiit loon accused the libs ITT of raping them 30-40 years ago they'd lose their fuking minds - especially based on nothing but the allegation of"Oh hey guise he raped me.."

Let it happen to Donald Trump or Brett Kavanaugh though and it's the greatest thing ever.
It's a hot night. The mind races. You think about your knife: the only friend who hasn't betrayed you, the only friend who won't be dead by sunup. Sleep tight mates, in your quilted chambray night shirts.

Its insane that if you don't have the evidence to bring a criminal charge that you can go into a 50/50 "well what do you think maybe happened" type of civil hearing, for rape. This is not do you think this guy owes this other guy money like most civil cases...its a do you think this guy raped this girl. that is nuts.

It’s funny, because I know I am a lawyer. The fact people like you two “know” I’m not tells me a -lot- about how you Trumpers think.

And forgetting my personal antidote are you saying rape convictions aren’t often decided based on the victims testimony with little to no other facts? It’s the nature of most rapes that they are conducted where there are no other witnesses or cameras etc.

Yeah.. There's this thing called "evidence," which is kinda nice. DNA, eyewitnesses, physical evidence like articles of clothing or jewelry left at the scene, etc.

"He said she said 30yrs ago" is a bit weak bro. But of coursea lawyerwould know that already. Right?

I could literally sue you in a civil court for causing me distress with such a blatant display of stupidity, i.e. bad spelling/grammar. I'd probably win, too, since your defense sucks.

Do you even know what a typo is lol? Anecdote ---> Antidote is not a typo. Unless you got your E button mixed with T, your E button mixed with D, and you totally forgot your C key existed lmao.

You obviously didn't know, and that's OK.

Oh so you're not an actual lawyer now? I can literally sue you in civil court for any reason I wish, retard. As a lawyer you would know that. The judge decides if he'll hear the case, not you. All it takes is some activist judge who hates bad grammar and I'm golden.

This is sad. It’s called typing fast on a phone, getting apparently nowhere close to a real word, and hitting autocorrect without really paying attention because I don’t care that much.

I’m engaging you because I want everyone to see how pathetic a troll you are.

If we've learned anything from this experience it's:

ImpressiveGainz is a flaming homosexual cross-dressing child molester. But we already knew that.

Also, "She's not my type" is not a good defense if ever accused of rape.

Ok, that’s true that you can sue in civil for anything. The judge however does -not- get to “decide” if they will hear it. That’s the Supreme Court.

And when I get your case thrown out on demurrer without even having to file an answer - at least in my state - I’ll most likely be getting attorney fees and costs from you for filing such a BS case. I imagine Texas is the same.

On the contrary. What's amusing/interesting/sad is your desperate need for affirmation.

And like I said, we all know that you only trot this bullshiit out whenever there's a legalsomethinggoing on - and whadda ya know!! You just happen to fall down on the liberal side of the argument. Strong coincidence is strong!!

But on the other hand, I also remember how utterly fuking stupid you made yourself look during the Kyle Rittenhouse situation."I am too a lawyer and I do too say he's going down for crossing teh state lines with an underage teenage assault rifle of death!"

Yet a 30sec google search showed us that would have been nothing but a misdemeanor - and that's IF convicted.

Ergo you're nothing but whiny, over emotional lib #2,609, and facts and logic not even once.

So in all seriousness.. IF you really are a lawyer, then I'd keep it to myself if I were you. Because despite all that education.... yeah, you're actually kinda dumb bro.

I stopped reading there, because it’s just a lie. The only reason this is coming up is because I wanted to inform people that seemed to think this Trump case was breaking new and awful ground that a sexual assault case could be decided just on the victims words. The best way I had to do that was with a really extreme example I was personally part of.

Going on and on and on about it is on YOU (and all the rest). It’s important to YOU that I’m not. I really don’t care what you think about me, but I wasn’t not going to post my best example just because I saw the triggering coming from a mile away.
