I want to be as strong as possible while being as small as possible

It's not so much that I want to be lean and not gain any fat, but I also want to keep muscle at a minimum. I don't mind some muscle along the way, it's just at the very bottom of my priorities. I've been looking into pure powerlifting. How big of a difference can powerlifting training alone make in strength vs. training for purely for size? I just want to be one of those guys lacking in overall size, but with insane lifts. Any ideas?

So you want to squat 700 lbs while you can be OHP by a novice lifter for reps?

Not exactly, but that's the general gist of it. I just want my strength to greatly outweigh my size/bodyweight so I want both fat and muscle at a minimum.

Pray to God... or stop being lazy and figure it out for yourself. Maybe learn from studies instead of asking a bunch of random *******s.
I get that you're a troll, but I got nothing better to do.
Just focus on low reps and maxes while you can assuming you're young

No, I mean it. I was heavily inspired by that Anatoly powerlifter guy on youtube who goes to commercial gyms dressed as a cleaner and pranks people with massive lifts. I see he's got muscle but it's still nowhere near what others got. He looks tiny but is crazy strong.

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

No yeah I know, I'm not worried about getting too big or anything like that. I just want to train solely for strength as much as possible. How far can I get with just very low reps only?

No

Train mid/high reps, anywhere from 12-15 reps at about 60-70% of your 1rep max. Do your standard bro split. 1k cal surplus.

=google it, instead of trusting randos. do your own research. theres a reason why body builders do 10+ reps and why powerlifters do 5 at most.
Strength and size aren't directly correlated. When I first hit 315 on bench, I was a chubby 160ish, with 12 inch arms...

Thanks man, I’ll look into it. I know they’re not directly correlated, that’s why I’m trying to see how to skew one of the two way beyond the other. Probably going to look into Olympic lifting instead.
