GF of 3.5 years moved on

Yea so we basically dated from June 2019 until January of this year, but kept in contact afterwards.
She msgs me yday that she's talking to somebody else.

This is the first time this has happened to me, and I feel like absolute chit

Any miscers dealt with the girl they loved moving on so quick after a breakup? Bear in mind, we broke up like 20 times during the relationship but always got back together

Not trying to be a dick , really it just comes naturally... but who cares?

Some people both Men / Women will forever change their "Type" as they mature . This means its basically going to be a revolving door as far as relationships are concerned. If thats the case and he / she has moved on... just be grateful for the good times and move on to the next chapter yourself.

Because in the end none of this BS even matters anyways... You could literally and physically have everything , or be some bum that has their entire net worth in a shopping cart they stole from Wal-mart .... Either way you'll end up in the same size box in the same size hole in the ground with absolutely nothing...

So stressing over remedial BS such as what and ex is or isnt doing shouldnt even hit your radar in the grand scheme of things.

1. Breaking up/getting back together 20 times is a red flag.
2. Next time don't stay in contact as it hinders you from moving on and makes it more painful when they do as it feels like a 2nd breakup.

she used you as a safety net ; when ever something didnt work out with a new potential guy, she would fall back on you so she was never really alone. it sucks. it hurts. but learn from this and set a boundary that if you stop dating someone, let that be the end of it. women will monkey branch from guy to guy so they are not ever without options.

Yea so I got busted cheating in December 2022 and she was never the same (other chick sent her videos of me and her). We kept in contact since and fuked a couple of times since so I honestly thought she would get over it and we'd get back together, strong delusion lol. She took care of me after I was hospitalized in Feb 2023 but then does this 2.5 months later.

First time this has happened to me, I didn't think she'd ever actually leave me.

We all can understand that there's feelings involved, but you need to accept that it's over and lay the law down with her for your own good. Tell her that you'll never be just friends or acquaintances, that you can smile at the memories and all but you're ready to move on and don't care to stay in contact. It's what will happen eventually anyways. Might as well cut the chit right now.

My ex had a chump ex bf that stayed in contact with her for an entire year of his life while she spent a months getting dicked down by a new guy that she didn't even like. What a loser idiot he must have felt like. Eventually he told her to fk off once she started dating me and never spoke to her again. You should do the same. Rip the cord right now.
