Whenever someone is balding, the first thing that’s recommended by normies is a hair transplant and if you want anti aging/skinmaxx all that’s suggested is Botox.

While the above obviously work they’re much harder on wallet compared to much cheaper alternatives that also work.


On the the few occasions I’ve mentioned tret/fin to someone IRL they don’t have a clue what I’m talking about, even the ones that looksmaxx lol.

Why are these effective treatments generally unheard of?

that was a hot trend 10-15 years ago, if it worked any better than fin alone then it would've gained traction. more hairs per micro-meter in a study doesn't equate to real world results, whereas a hair transplant will give you the results you want most of the time if you go to someone good.

Lol, I've been using Dutasteride and Tretoinin daily for about 2 years now. Once I cut about 15 more pounds of bodyfat, I'm going to mog like crazy for a 37 year old.

did this combo regrow your hair or is it simply retaining what hair you already have?

Dut and fin don’t really regrow they just block DHT synthesis so u lose less hair

I thought tret was only good in combination with Minox cuz it boosts absorption. Minox can regrow but you wanna combine it with tret and also weekly microneedling at 1.5mm depth with a device like deeminator 2 or dr pen

yeah. this is the problem. its almost you have to start dat stuff so early as soon as you spot any temple recession or thinning.

I had a hair transplant at the beginning of last year with one of the best HT docs in the world. I was like NW2 with some thinning in the front, but I planned on being single for a while longer and decided to join the year long wait list and put down a deposit.

Because I had been taking this regime so long, I kinda started taking it for granted and just assumed I would have thick awesome hair the rest of my life. But I was just traveling overseas for about 3.5 months, and actually ran out of dutasteride after about 2 months and didn't bring the Oral Minoxidil with me on the trip at all.

When I came back, my hair had become a bit thinner from not taking the Oral Minoxidil for 3.5 months, and although still nice, it wasn't mogger status like I had during the months leading up to my trip. Started taking the oral minoxidil and Dutasteride again immediately when I arrived back, and actually a couple weeks ago I had a pretty wicked shed where my hair looked much thinner than it had anytime during the past year.

When these sheds happen, it means your body is pushing out the small hairs to make way for new thick hairs. So I assume in another 2-3 months, my hair will be thick as fuk and luscious again.

Yes, this combo will make all of your hairs thick as fuk. It's probably not going to regrow anything that's long gone, but sometimes just a bit of thickening of what's still there is all a guy actually needs. But I actually did lose a bit of one of my temples while traveling, and I fully expect this to be grown back in a couple months.

Ya if you’re full baldo idk if much can help but you can get sick results from micro and minox combo if you’re at like notbrad levels of balding. I just ordered tret and I’m gonna throw that in the mix too.

Daily fin 1.25, daily niz 10m, daily minox 1x, weekly micro 1.5mm, probably EOD or ED tret soon
