I was at Penn station recently over the weekend at like 3am and did notice an absurd amount of police presence probably is related

from what ive read the arrivals due come in the middle of the night. makes sense as to make an easy getaway for the bus as well.

I noticed completely different crowds in traffic normal people use v off schedule routes, like at 10 am vs 8:20 am, suburbs vs nightlife
