Idk LeBron played a really good game. I get the thought process of that late 3, and although I disagree with it I get it.

At that point he was 0-2 from 3 and the past 4-5 games he's actually been shooting it at 40% from deep, he's been getting his stroke back. Some of his misses from deep tonight were in and out.

But Jamal gives him an opening from 3 and he took it. I can live with that and it just did work out.

Overall I thought he played great

The issue was the small lineup to start the game and the decision to go under on screens against Murray. Dennis was getting mad at the coaching staff for the strategy before they finally abandoned it and let him go straight up.

Rui is key this series and he did an AMAZING job on Jokic while AD basically camps the paint guarding Gordon, who can't leave the floor cause he's gotta guard LeBron and if you're the Lakers you live with him hitting 3's or getting fouled taking FTs.

I'm encouraged if I'm the Lakers. They solved alot of problems with that Nuggets team, and shot themselves in the foot with the decision to go small. LeBron and AD can get whatever they want at the rim cause they are just gonna hunt Murray and Jokic can't stop AD

48 total free throw attempts tonight, and also 48 in the game last night. Can they let the boys play a little when slight contact doesn’t impact a shot and try to not penalize a defender for a shooter’s flopping? A free throw every 1 minute of regulation is ridiculous.

I'm not saying he didn't play well, but you gotta come clutch for your team especially in those last moments.. you have a stacked team , you gotta come through if you're one of the greatest ever in history and have this kind of help. No lie, Lakers and Bron gotta win this if not it'll be a failure IDC what anyone says srs.. best team, best record from the trade deadline in the whole league, and you got a healthy AD as well. But i've seen a different Lebron these playoffs so i'm not counting them out at all. But HE NEEDS TO WIN this chit srs. I also hope for no small ball this time, have Vando, AD, Hachimura, Bron and it'll be tough for the Nuggets

I also think they are encouraged. There's a moment where Bron sees Ham and they give each other a smile and nod as if they figured the Nuggets out. But we also have Nikola Jokic over here playing with the spirit of all the nba legends

Why do people keep saying this ... This isn't anywhere close to a stacked team lmao.

For as much as everyone loves to hype up the Lakers post trade deadline.. Beasley is unplayable, Vando is borderline unplayable, and DLO is now also borderline unplayable

Each of the 3 guys who got brought in haven't been good for a long time. DLO has been the very definition of up and down and he was brought in to be the 3rd star and has been vastly outplayed on both ends of the court by the other Laker guards.

The real engine behind the Lakers have been the guys who have been here all along, plus Rui

Reaves took a massive step, DS is a massive contributor, Lonnie has come up big, and AD and Bron are the same guys. Add in the great addition of Rui and that's the team. There is no "team is stacked" fukn narrative lol

I had the Nuggets in 7 cause frankly they just are a better team. Also why the hell would this be a disappointment lol they started 2-10 and had a 0.3% chance to MAKE THE PLAYOFFS and they are now in the WCF... they were the 13th seed the overwhelmingly majority of the season

They weren't supposed to be in the play in.... They did

They weren't supposed to make the playoffs..... They did

They weren't supposed to beat Memphis..... They did

They weren't supposed to beat GS...... They did

You sound like an idiot. This season has been above and beyond a massive success, no matter the outcome against the best team in the NBA

Ahh there's the insult lmao. I love how easy it is to get you mad, even when it's facts. Imagine coming up desperately with anything to discredit the Lakers and give everything to Lebron. I'd think we could have a normal civilized conversation but it seems like reality struck a nerve there with you, and it is just not possible. Don't get mad just because I pointed out Lebron made bonehead decisions in the last moments of the game bro

The is no singular "real engine" this is both Bron , AND AD. Not to mention the rest of the Lakers that have come through for the team. LOL @ not seeing how different this team is with all these players they acquired. Of course this isn't a super team.. but to say it's not stacked, just LOL

Lakers won't even make the playoffs if it wasn't for the overhaul of the roster. But of course Bron fans seem to forget about this LOL. You probably also forgot how good the Lakers played and also won many games when they had this new roster and Bron was out.

And to the bolded.. isn't it the ultimate goal of winning a championship? But I guess you're using to seeing Lebron fall short that it's alright if he misses or loses the finals again. Tell me, was it because of Lebron James that they made the playoffs? Or are we ignoring the trade deadline roster overhaul? Better yet, don't even answer LOL.

You're not even a real Laker fan, you're just a bron fan. get outta here

What exactly is stacked about this team? Their 3rd best player is an undrafted 2nd year player... their backup PG is a cast off who is here on a vet min deal. They have no backup bigs, and they have no elite shooters on this team since Beasley is actually REALLY bad shooting in LA along with his defense.

This is an average team, highlighted by Bron and AD, which make them great because they are great.. There really isn't anything more to it than that. It's why theyboth have to play 42-44 min a game because they don't have a "stacked roster"like you keep stating

I literally answered to each of the guys who were new additions to this roster... WTF are you not reading lol. Beasley doesn't play, Vando is borderline unplayable and is getting 10-12 min a game, DLO is being benched in late games consistently during the playoffs, Bamba doesn't even dress.

Rui has been a huge pickup and I've been a huge fan of his for a long time now.

Nah I just know that this team has barely played together, they don't have even close to a full roster (no big, no 3pt shooter) and basically made this roster up on the fly and it hasn't exactly panned out quite like they wanted it to but they'll take it.

They made the playoffs mostly cause AD won Western Conference player of the month, and they had a relatively easy schedule to close out the season.. Listen you don't wanna get into a back and forth on basketball, especially Lakers games, with me. I've watched about 90% of them all year start to finish. If you would have told me they would have ended up in the WCF 2-3 months into the season I would have laughed in your face

This season is already a HUGE success, and they need an offseason + couple more additions to really make this team what it could be.

No doubt, too many settle 3pt shots in the clutch. He hasn't hit a single one of those all season. Good things have happened when he drives to the rim.

Wow Hachimura screen fake then lob to the rim with Jokic on him in the corner. That was a sick play to expose Jokic's weak athleticism.

Hachimura and Reaves step up for the Lakers and have great games. LeBrick doesn't do his part. That's another loss squarely on LeOld's aged shoulders.

bron is a choke artist, everyone knows this, it's defined his career

why does the coach allow him to try and make plays in crunch time?

put it in reeves or ad's hands and call it a day

That's the way it goes lol

Denver is an elite home team. This was always gonna be a battle on the road, and why I thought Denver in 7. Lakers are probably gonna win their 2 games at home, and they gotta find a way to somehow win in Denver

It just feels like a 7 game series
