She comes outside and rents a citi bike to go home. 5 black male teens approach her, harass her, humiliate her, and steal her bike while filming their own crime. They upload their own crime online. Gets millions of views. Victim gets suspended from her job, the news shows up to her apartment and doxes her. Making sure her neighbors know that they are living with a racist. Her life is ruined because she is white.

Days later in a shocking twist it turns out she paid for the bike and she was robbed by racist black dindunoffins. Shocking! You mean to tell me that a pregnant white nurse wearing her own job uniform with her name tag on did not approach and try to rob 5 black teens in broad day light??!?!? Who saw that coming?!?!

Have the guys recording responded to the receipts the lawyer provided?

I am not familiar with how those bikes work, but does that receipt the lawyer has show (prove) that that specific bike they were arguing over was the one she rented? Is there a way the receipt would show that the bike in the clip was her rental?

Part of the issue with her was the fake crying female tactic. The reason it is believable to me, the initial story, is that women, especially white women, are so spoiled that they do all sorts of insane and out of line things.

I am curious how this plays out.

The bike being checked out by her account is in Citi's database, they have to keep track of which bike and which account checks it out to know what to charge. It's all timestamped to the millisecond too.

Except the video itself isn't time stamped and there is nothing proving her receipts are for that specific bike.

She was not facing physical harm so the fake tears just go to show the typical female, especially white ones, tactics. She was caught on camera. That was telling of her personality and character, to me.
