Former Delta Force Operator tells crazy Iraq/Afghan stories on podcast

Chris VanSant, a retired 20+ year Special Operations Veteran. Mr. VanSant’s service includes time in the 75th Ranger Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, the 82nd Airborne Division, and 11 combat deployments as both a Team Member and Team Leader in 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (Delta Force). During the latter part of his career, Mr. VanSant held the position of Soldier Systems Commodity Chief, then as the Deputy Chief of the G8, Force Modernization Office, for 1st Special Forces Command. Mr. VanSant retired in 2015.

I was friends with a ranger, guy sadly passed away from cancer. He once said they used to shoot muslims during their prayer because they always faced a certain direction so it was easier that way.

The Chris VanSant episode is good, the Kyle Morgan episode (#041), Cody Alford (#034), Mike Ritland (#005).

The Kyle Morgan episode is actually ridiculous. That dude went through some ****, like wild. The Mike Ritland episode is good, just because Mike Ritland is a ****ing stud super intelligent, great story teller and has his own podcast that I like better than SRS.

The only reason they went in Iraq was to secure oil , otherwise there would've been plenty number of pissed americans complaining about high oil prices .
