Most women are huge

Got back from nephews T-Ball game and I looked around and saw nothing but big fat fatties. All the men were in pretty good shape, I would have rather banged them instead of the 30-something fatty women with big fatty FUPA’s and big old chunker dumpers stuffed into mom jeans.

Since moving in with my sister, she has tried to set me up with every whale in the neighbourhood, utterly disgusting, none of her friends are a normal bodyweight.

Well I'm a bloatlord too, I find it amusing, its like "you think we would be a good match because we're both fat and ugly?" Yeah and she always says how they're so nice and whatever, all the good looking ones in the neighbourhood are getting banged from what I've seen.

I went from a beginner program to a late intermediate program and it was too much so I got discouraged and stopped lifting, should have went to a late beginner/early intermediate program instead.

Just compound movements, flat bench, incline bench, oh press, bent rows, chin ups, squat, deadlift, done 3 - 4 days a week (day on/day off, sometimes extra day off)

Well I was eating just anything, went back to eating high protein/low fat/moderate carbs 3000 calories a day, I probably will gain a bit in 4 months but I'm expecting my lifts to get back to what they were before 300 max bench/360 max squat/440 max deadlift, then I might worry about cutting down and do another video after another 4 months.

I don’t understand why you’re concerned about strength at the expense of gaining MORE weight. Like bro you shouldn’t be worried about your big 3 lifts, you should be worried about being able to tie your shoes and go up and down a flight of stairs without gassing.

If I were you I’d do strictly bodyweight exercises and cardio right now.

Just can’t understand why you want to gain muscle more weight to get to really sub-par lifts. And those lifts ARE sub-par.

This makes no sense dude.

And the whole “intermediate-beginner-beginner” and “beginner-intermediate-expert” crap is nonsense. You’ve been lazy as fuk and eating whatever you want and you aren’t even strong to begin with.

Lose the weight first and then worry about gaining strength, holy fuk bro. You’re 310 lbs?

You’re not even an athlete, why are you that heavy? Why do you want to gain MORE weight?

Have you seen a doctor lately?

I’m dead srs brah and I aM NOT hating on you.

My man you are a prime candidate for body recomp. Eat at slightly below maintenance and train hard. At your levels of bodyfat your lifts will go back up (especially with muscle memory) and you will lose bodyfat.

It makes no sense for you to be essentially bulking with how your body looks right now. You have too much body fat as it is.

he should do whatever excites him and gets him moving, he doesn't need the 100% optimal route.

plus muscle burns fat, so if he has more muscle...

Yeah my doctor said I should be about 170, but he's an eastern indian and really small so he's biased. I just want acceptable lifts right now, I'm 2 parts powerlifter and 1 part bodybuilder. And I can tie my shoes brah, and I do cardio almost everyday, been doing 1.5 hours of walking on the treadmill some days.
