Point is his intelligence is largely irrelevant. He has had good quality guests and helps science communication. It's similar to Neil DeGrasse Tyson. Is Neil smart? Sure. Is he a super genius? Nah. But he helps communicate science to the public, and that is valuable.

This lol. So much cope and mental gymnastics because he somehow has a personal vendetta against the guy.

I can think of a few people I've worked with over the years who've had very questionable graduate degrees in physics/engineering, but I don't think I could in good faith call any of them dumb. Not nearly as sharp or knowledgeable as you might expect? Certainly. Not intelligent? No. It's not like you're calling someone a genius by saying that.

I like the dude. Being a podcast host isn't about being super charismatic or entertaining yourself. It's about asking the right questions and given you guests enough space. And picking the right guests, of course.

They literally all have hidden agendas behind screen. I remember Owen Benjamin was kicked off twitter, and had been on Rogan 3 times. Rogan washed all the episodes, then never spoke his name again because he started making fun of Rogans height. If any podcaster or comedian had Owen on their podcast, he'd literally send them emails of videos or clips where he said the ***** (n word) and try to get people to not watch him. Told other comedians not to talk about him or to him.

Rogan is a gatekeeper. Why do you think he was given 100m dollars? They saw an opportunity to handle him and his viewership. He has to play ball. Way back in the very beginning Rogan would say and talk about all the conspiracies and talk about everything. Then he flipped on all of those and played ball and toed the line like a good cuck.

Lex is just an autistic nerd with zero personality, zero personal skills, and zero ability or skill to host any type of podcast or interviewing platform. His personality is the opposite of what a high functioning podcast would be. They pushed him so hard to be another gatekeeper and make people follow him as their "intelligent" podcast staple. There's a 0% chance I could sit and listen to this guy more than 10 min. It's painful. "But but but...he's intelligent! OMG intelligent guest and intelligent speak!" You don't have to sound that retarded to be intelligent.

How has he not developed any sort of skill of speaking and inflection/emotion to create a more palpable podcast? There's zero entertainment value and most of the knowledge you get isn't even interesting enough to sit through that painful droning.

IMO one of the biggest issues with Lex is a lack of focus/editing in his shows. Wanna have a 3 hour or longer talk with someone? Maybe trim the fat and break it up into a couple of one hour segments- Part 1 and Part 2.
