I had a mate who used to live absolutely disgusting. Probably still does.
He was autistic in a sense that he was super un-self-aware about his habitus. Absolute killer when talking to the ladies, had his way with language. But would wear legit dirty clothes, smell like fkn dogchit, zero maintenance on his appearance what so ever. Unless he was going to a club then he maybe grabbed a shower & changed underwear.
One of the most mindblown fkn moments i ever had, i learned not to doubt that bro never again when it came to women.
He picked up 2 sloots in broad daylight while being his normal disgusting self & invited them over, cuz they didnt live close and mans just didnt give a fk. Mind you the place was absolutely disgusting, like you have to try to make your house that chitty. Open 1 door and 10lbs of garbage pours out, months old trashbags ect beer can ashtrays.
I get there them sloots are in their underwear smoking cigarettes cleaning around lmfao.
I actually posted his nest here for lulz once, fuarkk it was a good thread😂

I can't imagine living like that lol. I'm a minimalist and I like things clean. I'm not OCD about it though, I might get lazy with two days worth of dishes or throw some jeans on the ground next to my bed to wear the next day or something to those examples.

I have a small garbage can next to my pc, it hasn't been emptied in about 2 months, needless to say it was full 2 weeks in the garbage has piles next to it now and around my pc.
