ITT: It's Tuesday - describe this week's training so far/upcoming

Hit a pretty heavy pull day in my gym earlier today. I've modified my routine now that I'm reverse dieting slowly out of my cut I've been doing for a full 15 weeks or so. Felt nice to increase the volume on t-bar rows while Sepultura was blaring on the other side of my garage.

What have you trained since yesterday/what do you have planned for the rest of the week? Looking forward to legs and a heavy push day on my end, particularly the latter. Going to be lots of hiking and gardening as well. It feels very nice to weave in healthy activities into one's lifestyle above and beyond lifting.

Best of luck to every miscer's individual lifting goals. We're all gonna make it.

*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*

zercher squats and marches last night had me GASSED.

I got the breathing down on the squats but the bar slips too low on the chest and I'm basically holding my breath for the duration which is not unusual I typically don't breathe during any front carries or the yoke.

Eating clean more than cutting/bulking right now.

Tomorrow is pressing, Friday is axle deads from 13" and Saturday is implement day.

Tonight is 10-15 minutes on the air bike steady state followed by stretching/mobility work

I'd love a video of you doing shirtless pullups in a public park while doing Donkey Kong noises nonstop.

Monday : Chest + Back, I re-incorporated weighted back extensions, i noticed that it helps a lot for lower back overall health and translates so well to other lifts like barbell rows and stuff. I took them out for a few weeks and the lower back instability / pains started to come back, I didnt feel so secure when doing barbell rows, felt like I was going to pull smth in my lower back at any moment. Started to doing them again this Monday and it already feels great.
Tuesday : Did 60 minutes of incline walking while using a powerball in each hand for 1 minute at a time. Great for armwrestling / arm recovery and hand overall strength.
Wednesday: Gonna be armwrestling specific exercises, incorporated a cool pronation exercise that basically works on my weakness, can't wait to see how it translates to the table.
Thursday: Shoulders + back, thrilled to push the OHP reps / weights up each week, last time i got stuck at like 66kg and then I did a "reset" ( -15% on all lifts ), took a narrower grip and now it feels way better.
Friday: Legs, can't wait to front squat and do snatch grip deadlifts, hhngg when u are forced to stand upright.
