What's with the whole feet thing?

Me personally,
No attraction to them at all, maybe even a slight disdain.
Hands can throw me off as well in certain circumstances
[i.e. nails with old chipped polish], but feet are gross


But dudes are paying weekly wages for pics of the worst skin found on the human body
What gives?

Personally, I think well maintained/pedicured feet are a huge sign of femininity...which may explain the attraction. Also my father and brother are in the same boat, so perhaps a genetic factor here?
