Strong pause between reps. GJDM

This one is actually pretty easy to progress in to so you should be able to get to 45 in a month or so if you focus on it in a strength type routine.

One good tip when working out on a playground is to pop your shirt off so that you appear less threatening to children/parents.

you can add another 10% ontop of that BF% mate. Form is decent but could be better, you could incorporate the lat muscles better if you pulled towards your sternum. This is more of a bicep workout.
