Anybody get the urge to reset their life? Srs

Not as in rope kind of reset but instead cut ties with people you know, move somewhere new, and just start over +\- start degenmaxxing?

Been pondering it a lot lately, but probably just because I’m a 30s oldcel these days and can’t accept the tour is over

That’s understandable man, good on you for caring for and about them

Back in 2004, I bailed from my home state of TN to Palm Springs and would still be out there if the economy hadn't tanked in 2008.

I was glad to get away from my degenerate friends and my family was sort of hit and miss. They were good about some things sometimes, but disrespectful abusive trash other times.

The chicks in Cali dug my Southern accent and the weather is gorgeous 9 months out of the year there. Lots of homeless even back then and the gay guys would sexually harass me sometimes, but the good outweighed the bad.

Living in a place with great weather for the majority of the year would be nice for sure. Could make a lot of things more tolerable

Yeah that would definitely make it more difficult to uproot and start over. Kid's mother in the picture at all?

I will get negged to hell....but I thought everyone here were men. Alpha men. Not Beta men.

So many posts these days about people whining about their lives or women.

Grow a set and deal with it.

Hard to tell what or isn't true.

A fair point, and one worth taking into consideration. Our grandfathers probably never complained this much

I know, for me at least, the misc can be an outlet so that I can try to stay alpha in the real world. I presume it's the same for many other misc bros

Yes of course all the time.

Quit job, stop talking to everyone, and just move somewhere random with only my car.

But I know I’d just fall back into the same habits, I’m the same person I was when I was 20 years ago but just a little more mature.

Start over…

What will happen is the next 20 years will go by. If I’m still around then I’ll still be in this area doing some stupid job. All my family will be the same, just older.

No family of my own, nothing but regrets to my name.

Did this at 24, moved 200+ miles from Citrus Heights to Coalinga CA, went into an apartment for 6 months then bought a house; left everything behind. Best decision ever. It's not for everyone but for me it was life changing in good way, new job, new life, new everything.

It's that feeling of regret that always gets me, and seems like it just keeps building as I stay on the current course. But who knows if that would actually go away with changing anything

I get it. Only occasionally get urge to degenmax. Mostly because I've tried to do the "right thing" for a majority of my life and it doesn't seem to have brought me any more satisfaction than people who just dgaf and do whatever they want

People do this, then they realize the source of their problems is not the location…..

or they don’t, it doesn’t matter.

Yeah, all the time. Unfortunately, I'm in no position to do it, and by the time I could be, I'll be so old it wouldn't matter anyway. Thus, it's just another one of those things I try not to think about too much, because it's not like I have any real control over it regardless.
