Upright rows?

Never really trained these before, kinda like the upper trap pump and overall arm fatigue they give ya. Been doing them with DB one arm at a time. You like them?

I like them for training economy. Instead of doing shrugs, biceps, laterals, wrist extensions, you can just do the upright rows and save some time

I do them once in a while but just feels gnarly if you go heavy. I dont see them efficient. if youre looking for pump work lateral raises are plenty.
Just ohp, facepulls & side laterals. Much safer options.

They feel amazing tho. Sucks theyre snap city

Just do cheat barbell rows and keep your torso a bit more upright than you would normally

Removes your lower back and hammers your upper back hard
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)
