great game. probably the most epic that ive played. there was a magic to it.

the enemies level with you and you have to choose to level up

so can easily beat the game and bosses never leveling up LMAO!

youre thinking of oblivion

in morrowind the enemies were tougher depending on which part of the island they were in. as you leveled up you got stronger. no scaling.
