How do I stop sweating so gotdam much? (srs)
I got pit stains on almost all my t shirts from oversweating. Antiperspirant deodorant obviously isn't working. How do i fix this?

I have the same problem and I just go with it. My brother is insecure and takes a prescription but that’s dumb. Just make sure to drink a lot of water.

Ironically switching from antiperspirant to deoderant resolved this for me.
I also conditioned myself to stop thinking about it. I'm convinced there is a psycho****tic component to it.

The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

sweating easily means your body is more efficient at cooling down

Antiperspirant just doesn't work well for you. If anything, your body might be producing more sweat as a reaction to it.
I have the same problem. Save yourself years of trying to figure it out and just switch to regular plain deoderant. Something like Dove Men's deoderants are pretty mild on the skin and have been what work best for me.
pro-tip: if it really is a matter of your body just not liking antiperspirant, then switching to a clinical grade antipersperiant will only compound the issue.
