rate post workout meal/10

Chicken burgers, 50/50 mix of ground breast and ground breast/thigh combo with some light mayo

pressure cooked baby carrots just a bit of butter and seasoning, french style green beans cooked in beef Boullion

random 3 oz. of leftover meatloaf, dry at this point but can't be bothered to even put some ketchup on it


990 cals, 80g protein

Looks like a meal a 50 y/o overweight woman on a diet would eat before sneaking some ben n jerrys

light mayo? baby carrots with a little teeny weeny bit of butter? so much effort for low cal chit but eating burger buns
money, cars, clothes and hoes is all a miscer knows

So much effort? Literally the only effort is picking up a different jar of mayo at the store, avocado oil mayo tastes literally identical and has half the calories. I threw a bag of carrots in an instant pot and pressed two buttons, 15 minutes later I put a knob of butter and S&P in and stirred.


Sorry I eat vegetables I guess lmao next time I'll get the 280 calorie artisan buns, slather on a 1/4 cup of full fat mayo and have waffle fries as a side. Get the same amount of food and double the calories.

bro I think ur the spicy one, veggies aren't low cal **** lol it's called eating clean

Personally I've never seen a middle aged woman eat ground chicken breast burgers but I suppose that's one point of view
