It's not that bad. Though I have been wanting to get surgery. I've just been telling myself that I'll do it after I cut to 10%, and well that hasn't happened yet.

That thread was made in 2011. It's 2023 and he's still fat as a cow. So he hasn't lost any weight in almost 15 years.

For full disclosure this is what I look like at 6'2 and 280lbs.

With all due respect, what does half ur body in a t shirt with a shadow actually show do you think? Especially as men usually don't carry much fat on their arms and there's not even anyone else in the pic as a point of reference. You could be 20% bodyfat or 40% bodyfat, and this pic wouldn't shed light either way.

Perfect lighting and shadows, and we can't see your body, and there's nothing else as a comparator. I like the fact that I would only have to pin twice and the test would be in my system for 5 months+, and it'd taper off slowly, which would make for an easier PCT. I don't want to take a huge amount, just enough to act as an anti-catabolic, and to bring my test levels up a bit, since dbol suppresses test levels a bit. The proviron I would take through the duration of my cut, to counteract bloat and aromatization. I'd keep some adex around just in case, and nolva for pct.
