I honestly think it's such bull**** that you can be retried if the jury is hung. Tie goes to the runner and if you couldn't convince a jury I was guilty why do you get a do over? And is it true it was 10-2 not guilty? Wild.

Of all the people accused in the "#metoo" movement, only him and Weinstein were tried and convicted? Maybe he did do something?

I haven't followed this at all though, could some one post cliffs?

Also, I thought there was a statute of limitations or something?
