Um, no. BLACKPINK is the second biggest Kpop group in the world. In fact, BLACKPINK is the biggest girl group in the world. And unless they disband, no group is overtaking them any time soon. Have you seen how massive the BP tour has been? LeSserafim is doing well, but they'll never be the top group. Right now in Korea, they're not even the in the top 5 of most popular girl groups.

I like the members in their group, but their music has been awful to me so far.

Yea Blackpink is international at this point, nobody in kpop is touching them anytime soon. Itzy, Mamamoo, and Twice are insanely popular in korea but they still don't hold a candle to blackpink

Don't get me wrong all the girls from Le Serrafim are imo very attractive. But something about Kim Chaewon and her look and attitude is something I find completely attractive. Even her speaking voice. That is how a girl should look, act...BE.

And the looks she gave in that video in the OP is amazingly feminine and cute to me.

nah, Lestupidname's popularity is fading. Newjeans has already been crowned the GOAT of this gen. They've broken every kpop record for a debut/new group in kpop history.

A few things about Le Serrafim.

Sakura is Japanese. Not Korean.

Kazuha is Japanese as well.

Huh Yun-jin is actually American. Grew up in Los Angeles I believe.

Kim Chaewon is the queen and the leader of the group and the cutest thing I have seen since Boo the dog.

This was her with long hair. I prefer the bangs and short haired look with her.

I love Jenny. Watch her on Running Man. She is hilarious.

BP is huge here in LA and recently sold out 3 nights of concerts at around 45 K people a night.

Not really my style of K pop though. They sing much more rappish and American style.

We saw Twice last year in LA. Sold out 2 shows around 50 K people each night.

Sana to me is almost on Chaewon level. She is Japanese.

Prob. cause 3/4 members of BP are barely korean. Jennie/Rose didn't grow up in korea and Lisa is not even korean.

It is whatever the Korean Music companies want them to sound like. They are the masters of music production.

BP sounds more like Nicki Minaj to me.....which I hate. Kind of halted and rappish.

I like smooth sounding K pop songs like what Girls Generation and Le Serrafim and Twice sing.

3/5 of Le Serrafim are not really Korean but they sound much more like Girls Generation. Smoooooothhhhhhhhhhh.

So you are saying that they are just what a normal, desirable woman should be. I agree, that ghetto beauty standards have infected the culture. These ratchet looking whoores would have been shunned and made fun of when I was growing up. I was lucky that when I started dating, femininity, modesty in public, a healthy weight and petite but shapely figure, long hair of natural color, etc. were what was expected to find a decent guy.

Sadly, western women are getting away from that. Many Asian girls are still that way though and since it is rare, it makes them stick out (in a good way). The Asians that I have dated all considered it part of their job to be as attractive to me physically and in actions as possible, knowing in return that I would treat them well and take care of them. Nice, traditional gender roles.
