I get depressed when I drink too much and get brutal hangovers/withdrawals

Otherwise life is gravy.

most depressioncels are simply deficient in vitamin D srs

the medical industrial complex tells you to avoid the sun and then prescribes you nut pills to cope with your deficiency (no mariomo)

Comes on for no reason some days. Just wake up and everything feels pointless, dull, and cold in a sense

Sometimes brought on by regret for missed opportunities or career stress

Sometimes by relationship troubles

My deepest stages of depression came from really emotionally intense losses whether they were break ups or deaths, deep stages of grief / sadness. My day to day depressions come from the times where I am not fulfilling my max potential, when I am knowingly wasting away the beautiful opportunities life blessed me with (basically rotting or degenmaxxing for extended periods of time)

Other than that I am not depressed at all, similar to what silencespeaks said

I’m not depressed, I have accepted my life. For all I know I might not be alive in 6 months or a year, or maybe I will. Puts things into perspective. Just try to enjoy each day boyos!

I’m working nights right now. 6pm-6am. My sleep has been garbage. I’ve worked out only twice in the past 2 weeks. I just woke up at 2pm and took pre-workout and now I’m laying in bed right now miscing while cupping my balls, probably not going to make it into the gym, let’s be honest. I feel all ****ed up with bubble guts. I wake up with zero drive right now. I hate morning workouts.
