The adults are back in the room, and boy does it feel good.House 314-117; Senate 66-33 - absolutely amazing bipartisan results.
Biden has surprised me honestly, his ability to get legislation passed is masterful. Compare that with Trump and Obama who basically just ruled by executive order. While Biden may be old, you can't argue with his accomplishments. He just gets it done, no bs. Should be a fairly easy for him to scoop up 2024.

(Except Pelosi would've continued her history or record spending and debt coming out of the House).

bill Biden authored that did nothing but lock up countless black people for things like having an ounce of pot?
Lol at you still thinking that the historic tax cuts were “for the rich”. That’s been proven false countless times.

Republican's deal may have been better, but that's still not saying much.
Biden ignored the republicans for months though. That's hardly an effort. He knew if he waited until the last second to give the congress no time, he would rip a deal and then claim to be the savior.

Always the lie that Trump somehow unilaterally legislated, passed, and enacted all spending for four years. Always a free pass to Pelosi/Schumer, without whom your $8 Trillion would've been impossible. And now that McCarthy has ensured the Biden/Pelosi spending sprees won't continue... you still cry about Trump

Yep, it shows Biden is, as promised, anormalPresident.
He's a Washington bureaucrat. He can handle the executive branch and keep it running like a machine. He doesn't exactly make big changes, but he keeps things running and stable.
It's a great change of pace after the incompetent boob he had as a predecessor.

Suspending the debt ceiling so the adults can run massive defecits and not actually take responsibility. How about stay on budget for once and not lie through your teeth to your constituents about being able to provide everything when you can't afford it? It was the only thing keeping them somewhat fiscally responsible. Now, when the next crisis happens they can just print to oblivion and not think of the consequences. They won't raise taxes but they'll surely erode your buying power through inflation in the years to come. Aside from defaulting which was never on the table, this outcome was terrible.
