Are you counting the sauces and "bit of cheese" for the total cals?
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I usually go for 170g or so, but I just did light cardio today so don't feel bad about a slightly lower protein intake. No MPS today, rip

I'm only 175-180 lb. that's pretty well the recommended amount by any serious study about protein intake for muscle growth.

Yeah it's actually 'egg product' not sure what black magic **** they're doing but they somehow leave the yolk and just remove the fat. Same macros as egg whites and tastes 1000x better, but it's expensive.

Of course. I don't measure them any more but I've added 1/2 oz. of shredded cheese to scrambling eggs enough times to know what it looks like. For the sauce on the burrito bowl I estimated 2 tbsp. and also did 2 tbsp of bbq sauce at lunch.

Fukk a study. I literally notice a complete difference in strength when cutting if my protein intake is high or not. I usually go no less than 225 grams. I don't listen to these new age modern diet crap. Old school bodybuilding diets work and always will work. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

OK boomer. old school bb diets worked but had unnecessarily high protein. Ronnie is a pathological liar but claimed he would eat north of 500g protein, as if that made any difference at all compared to 300, or 400. 170g is plenty for me and I don't notice any problems in the gym in fact I've been PR'ing bench like every week.
