Trump should have known that the standard practice was to smash devices and documents with hammers and to use bleach bit. THAT's the way to avoid indictment.

And isn't it funny how they are still investigating Hunter and the Biden families crimes for 6+ years, but as soon as anything that could possibly be misconstrued as a crime for trump (like a president possessing "classified" documents, when a president has ultimate declassification authority..." and they move at the speed of light to investigate and bring charges.

Is Biden going to be charged given all of the documents he was found with? Clinton? Obama? Comey? Anyone?

I suppose obama gets a pass because he was a president. But the rest didn't even have plausible deniability regarding the documents they possessed.

No reasonable prosecutor would indict someone after they destroyed classified material and wiped servers, like, with a cloth.

What are the Chances for a “Not Guilty” Verdict if a Federally Charged Criminal Defendant Takes the Case to Trial? Statistically not very good. Currently federal prosecutors tout above a 95% conviction rate. This is primarily due to the fact that most cases never make it to trial.
