I think if he had a time machine he would go back and just claim natural, but since he admitted it on video in the seventies he can't deny it anymore, so he just downplays it as much as he can, which is what basically everyone else does these days.

Golden era bodybuilders were pretty candid about his use. They said he was one of the biggest users and would take things by the handful. They were probably exaggerating, but just lol if you think he was on small TRT doses and a couple of pills.

He exaggerates ****ing everything lol, it's hilarious to me that a lot of people still believe he had 22 inch arms. He would look so ridiculously top-heavy if that were true.

Arnold may be lying about the dosages but in the 1960s and 1970s they did use MUCH lower dosages than we do today. Many golden era bodybuilders get so mad at the people today for how much they are using. Most golden era guys lived long healthy lives, most of today's top bodybuilders are having heart attacks or worse at young ages. Low doses will still yield excellent results if you put in the work, high doses is having one foot in the grave during your prime.

Read the article, he was taking 10,000 mg per DAY! Guys today abuse insulin and diuretics (as well as other stuff) on top of AAS, which is probably what causes most of the deaths.
