Why do females refuse to talk to guys their so into?

I see it all the time with me, and also see it with other guys too. 99% of the time all they will ever do is look. Why do we gotta always gotta do the work no matter how good we look?

I've had a fair share of them (or their friends) approach. They will if they are interested enough. Sometimes they are subtle though, like they just happen to have to come nearer to you etc.
