That fat pig had nearly a year to return the documents when asked for them. You telling me the fat cow couldn't have his aides pack the sh*t up and mail it to NARA instead of try to hide them? Clearly they knew where the crap was.

In fact, some of the documents recovered from his residence in Florida were documents that even the president does not have the authority to declassify.

If your position is that a document immediately becomes declassified simply by virtue of the twice-impeached orange president stealing it from the White House, please cite the statute or case law where that has been decided. I will bet all the money I currently possess that you will not do this, however.
The content Clinton took was absolutely classified idiot. Labeling them personal records removed their classified status. I mean if you really want to argue that Clinton keeps classified material in his sock drawer and a federal judge said the national archives have no authority to retrieve it from him then go right ahead. How about we wait 6-9 months for the trial.

Yes, and in those interviews Clinton discussed foreign policy, national security, trade. He even had recordings of private discussions with foreign leaders.

So far we have dubya bush destroying reagan documents as he leaves office, obama storing them in an open warehouse, lbj taking classified docs with him and using them as blackmail, clinton's sock drawer....all perfectly legal by established legal precedent yet Trump keeps some documents in a location that was turned into the white house 2.0 in terms of security and you liberal frauds decide that's illegal as soon as he announces his presidential campaign.

Just stop embarrassing yourself by pretending this is anything other than a corrupt power grab. We get it, you want a banana republic. Stop pretending to be retarded for your own good.

The recordings of conversations not with the interviewer were incidental, this is why the court ruled in Slick Willy's favor. Keep coping, groomer.

Obama never stored documents in any warehouse, groomer. NARA established a facility on its own in Chicago for his materials and they manage everything. He has nothing to do with it. Fool.

I think you should get an adult to help you read the case itself because someone's feeding your mental illness with lies

Here's the actual case, groomer. Please find the section that refers to anything other than cassette tapes, bitch. I guess that disputes your punk ass claim that I never read the case, ass hole. Don't you hate it when the LAW proves you wrong, bitch? You're the only mother f*cker I know of who doesn't mind sticking his foot in his own mouth over and over and over. I'm surprised there is even room in your mouth for you foot with all them cocks in there.

Barry told the NARA that he would retain digital copies of the documents in question, but what he didn't tell them was that he would keep the physical documents in that warehouse while they were being digitized. It took about a year to complete the process and during that time they were held in a location protected by nothing more than a padlock.

Who constructed the facility?

Here's NARA's response to MAGA claims: "The library holds records from the Obama presidential administration and is leased, controlled, managed, and used exclusively by" the National Archives and Records Administration, the statement said. "The (Obama) foundation has never had possession or control over the records."

You're clearly very angry and unstable but I never said the case isn't about cassette tapes. The problem is that those cassette tapes contain classified information, and the court ruled that because clinton took those tapes home with him instead of giving to the archives they're no longer classified, and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

Sears
Quote it, bitch. Quote the decision by the judge that says that any information is not classified because Slick Willy took the tapes home with him. Just because you say it doesn't make it true. If that was the judge's decision, let's see it, cocksucker.

Fact is, the case was never about the classification process and the judge never mentions that in her decision. The case was about who had the rights to the tapes, ***.

The classified info discussed:

“potential changes to his cabinet, including whether to fire CIA Director R. James Woolsey, Jr. and whether to nominate Madeleine Albright for Secretary of State;”
• “foreign-policy decisions such as the United States' military involvement in Haiti and the contemplated relaxation of the United States' embargo in Cuba;”
• “President Clinton's side of telephone conversations with foreign leaders, members of the United States Senate, and cabinet secretaries;”
• “President Clinton speaking to several members of the United States Senate in which President Clinton attempted to persuade the Senators to vote against a specific amendment before the Senate;”
• “President Clinton's side of a telephone conversation with Congressman William Natcher of Kentucky in which President Clinton explained his reasoning for entering into the North American Free Trade Agreement based on technical forecasts that he received during presidential briefings;”
• “President Clinton's side of a telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher concerning a diplomatic impasse over Bosnia.”

The judge says none of that chit matters. The president took them home with him which makes them personal records. Doesn't matter what was on them:

To the extent, however, that your FOIA appeal can be read as requesting that the National Archives should make a further determination that the materials in question ought to be considered “presidential records” within the meaning of the PRA, we decline to do so. In making a decision on this matter I have to consider the nature of the audio tapes, if they were created with the intent of their use as government materials, and whether or not they were circulated within the Administration or relied on as policy documents. On the facts made available to me, I do not believe the materials in question fall within the ambit of the PRA.

For these reasons, I am of the opinion that the audio tapes created by Taylor Branch are personal records
Personal records means personal property means not government property means not classified

You don’t have any g-damn idea what he’s tweeting about in terms of the details, the law, how it relates to a grand jury, and the relationship between the case the government intends to bring.

"Whataboutism"

This is about equal protection under the law.

The laws in this country need to be gutted with the only laws being left are ones that are ALWAYS charged. The ability to choose who the laws apply is just going to result in Tyranny.

Just like all of the other ex-presidents that have violated the same laws and been charged?

The current sitting president breached clauses in each of the laws Trump is being charged with...

Hillary literally destroyed subpoenaed information.

Obama, Bush, and Clinton all have fought over retaining information that the government wanted and called classified.

Democrats are so short sided. Force through a terrible SCOTUS candidate via nuclear option. Get 3 back via nuclear option.

We are going to turn into a banana republic where all of the former officials are imprisoned by the new ruling party...

Look cultist just because the laws are applied differently to political outsiders than insiders doesnt mean we are a banana republic with a two tiered justice system
